Double bedroom with ensuite in E&C zone 1

Hello! I’m advertising my double bedroom with ensuite, 5 mins walk from Elephant & Castle and Kennington tube stations! The building has fob access and a concierge.

My current flatmate (Ruby) will be staying in the flat while I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I move in with my boyfriend. Ruby and I have been friends since uni and have lived together in London for 2 years. Ruby also has a very friendly, very cuddly ragdoll cat (Flossie).

Ruby’s very chilled, works in finance and loves being active, going to run clubs, the gym etc but also a nice trip to pub or a meal out. So ideally we’d like to find somebody with a similar vibe! The room is available from the 28th of June but my new tenancy begins mid-June so there’s some flexibility if you need to move in sooner. Feel free to message if you’re interested!
