Double bedroom with ensuite in E&C zone 1

Hi, looking for someone to take over my double bedroom with ensuite 5mins walk from Elephant and Castle and Kennington tube stations. The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and mirror. Rent is £1250pcm + bills (around 160-170pcm) and the room will be available on the 28th of June but can be flexible if you needed to move in a week or so earlier.

My current flatmate Ruby will be staying in the flat, we’ve been friends since uni and have lived together in London for 2 years. I’ve loved living here but will be moving in with my boyfriend in June, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Ruby and I keep things fairly chilled during the week but like going out for food etc on the weekends so we’d like to find someone with a similar vibe to replace me!

A bit about Ruby:

Hey! I’m a 25-year-old working in finance, in the office around 4 days a week. Outside of work I’m pretty into my fitness — running, lifting, functional training etc. would be great to have someone to test out a few classes with or the occasional run club with but not essential. I’m also a foodie so enjoy cooking and testing out different restaurants! I’m an early riser during the week so tend to keep my week evenings pretty chilled, would be great to live with someone on a similar wavelength in the week. I’m a clean and tidy person so looking for someone who’s also clean and tidy (or at least in the communal areas). I also have a two-year-old Ragdoll cat called Flossie who is honestly the friendliest thing you’ll ever meet, she’s great company in the flat.
