I’m looking for someone friendly and tidy to take over my lovely room in a clean and welcoming girls’ flat in Elephant & Castle, available from the beginning of July.

📍 Location:
The flat is only around 15 minutes from Elephant & Castle station, with amazing transport links including the Bakerloo line, Northern line, and National Rail trains — super convenient for commuting around London!

🛏 About the Room:
• £1000 per month – all bills included (water, electricity, council tax, everything!)
Deposit will be 5weeks
• South-east facing room with beautiful morning sunlight ☀️
• Very cozy and warm in winter — you can keep the radiator on without worrying about bills
• Fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and drawers
• Comfortable and peaceful atmosphere

🏡 About the Flat:
• 4-bedroom apartment
• 1 bathroom + 1 toilet (sounds scary, but it’s honestly very manageable since everyone has different schedules!)
• Spacious living room and kitchen
• The flat stays naturally cool in summer and doesn’t trap heat
• There’s also a lovely garden 🌿

👭 About the Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 2 university students and 1 working professional. Everyone is very friendly, respectful, and clean, and we’d love someone similar who can fit into the positive vibe of the home ✨

The area has excellent transport connections, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and different gyms nearby — everything you need within easy reach.
