Bright, double room to let in Elephant and Castle

We have a bright, double room available in our friendly, central London flat from 25 July.

About the House/ Room:
The room and flat are a real bargain for Central London and Zone 1. We’re just a 5-minute bus ride or a 10–15 minute walk from Elephant and Castle station, with excellent transport links across the city.

The room is on the third floor and overlooks the gardens at the back of the property, making it bright and relatively quiet. It comes furnished with most of the items shown in the photos, with the exception of the desk and chair.

The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. We also have a second bathroom (not pictured), which we currently use for storage.

Bills come to aprox £130 a month and we are Band C for council tax

About us:
You will be sharing with Georgia and Maddy. We're both in our mid-30s. Georgia works for a charity and Maddy is a psychotherapist - each of us doing a mix of WFO and office/clinic work.

While we both have busy work and social lives, we enjoy catching up when we're at home together - usually in front of the TV - so fans of The Traitors, Race Across the World, and House of Games are especially welcome!

About you:
We're looking for a female-identifying flatmate around our age who is easy-going, considerate, and keen to make the house feel like home. We'd love to find someone who has their own life and routine but also enjoys the occasional catch-up over a cup of tea or in front of the TV when we’re all around.

Viewing/Move-in dates etc:
We hope to arrange viewings on Monday 8th June and throughout the following week.

The official move-in date is 25 July, although this could be brought forward in agreement with our outgoing flatmate, Maebh.
