Due to work relocation, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my en-suite double room in a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat near Elephant & Castle.

The room will be available from early July 2026. This is a long-term tenant replacement / contract takeover, subject to landlord/agency approval and standard referencing.

The flat is in a very convenient location, about 3 minutes’ walk to Elephant & Castle station. Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Asian supermarkets are all within around 10 minutes’ walk.
