Hi there, we have a large, bright room available from August, in a great flat in Elephant & Castle.

Our lovely flatmate Petra is leaving after nearly 3 years living here and we would like to find someone kind and respectful to keep this place a nice welcoming home environment.

The flat is in a brilliant Zone 1 location, 10 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle Tube (Northern & Bakerloo lines) and train station (Thameslink), with lots of bus routes nearby too. Despite the central location, we're on a quiet residential street.

The local high street has everything you need, and there are some great pubs, restaurants, markets etc. nearby, plus we're close to Burgess Park which is lovely during the summer.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, and your bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, desk, and chest of drawers.

Rent is around £934 pcm including all bills (although bills can vary depending on the time of year).

You'll be sharing with two professionals - myself (Greg) works in a South-London arts centre; and Christie who works in fashion marketing.

The flat is pretty chilled and peaceful rather than a party flat, we're often out and about but also enjoy relaxing at home.

Cleaner (every two weeks): £45 split between the three of us.
