Double room available Zone 1 SE17

Hello,

We are currently looking to replace our housemate who is moving in with his girlfriend. We have a great double bedroom available, right in the heart of Elephant & Castle - the Nothern/Bakerloo line is 8 minute walk away, the national rail is 5 minute walk away and Kennington is also a 10 minute walk away.

We are in a 3 bed 2 bath flat on the 5th floor - we have a large communal living room, separate utility room with some storage space and washing machine/dryer and a great balcony with a view of The London Eye and The Parliament building. The room is available for £975 a month - bills on top usually add up to around £150-180 (water, electric, WiFi and council tax which is band F) so £1125-1155 per month all in. The room comes with a built in wardrobe with great storage and a bed, desk is not included.

We have a concierge which works 8am-5pm on weekdays and have letterboxes for out of hours/weekend deliveries too.

Myself (Cieran 29) & Curtis (31) have been here for 5 years and are looking for somebody clean, considerate, sociable and is respectful of personal space. One of us works in the film industry as a graphic designer and the other in an internal design agency as a studio manager. We both usually do 2 days in the office per week and are working from home for the other 3. If you heavily rely on good WiFi our building sadly doesn't have fibre so we're stuck in 2006 on 60mbps download.
