I am a professional academic and PhD researcher currently based in London and looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained one-bedroom flat.

I am a responsible, reliable, and quiet tenant. I do not smoke, have no pets, and take great care of the property where I live. My lifestyle is calm and focused on research, study, and professional activities.

I am looking for accommodation with good transport connections, preferably within Zones 1–3, but I am open to other areas. A furnished flat would be preferred, although I am flexible.
