It’s in a 3-Bed flatshare of all girls who are student, currently at KCL. It’s a single bedroom with good space, desk, wardrobe and extra storage space. With views of London and bedroom gets good sunlight. You’ll have a shared kitchen and a bathroom shared with just one other girl. Building also has 24/7 concierge and reception so security is really good and gym and pool included.
The rent is £820pcm and bills are always between £70-95. The flat is a 2min walk from Elephant and Castle underground station and bus stops in-front of the building, so ideal for transport.
All the girls in the flat are super friendly and study at KCL nearby. Any London Uni student is welcome to apply.
Everyone is super respectful and we help eachother out and hang out sometimes on weekends ☺️✨
