I'm moving out of my room in this lovely four-person house share as I've recently bought a flat, and I'm looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is a spacious, bright double on the ground floor of the house. It comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers, with plenty of storage space.

The house is located on a quiet, safe residential street, within easy reach of the amenities of Old Kent Road and a short walk from Burgess Park. Elephant & Castle station is around a 20-minute walk away, and numerous nearby bus routes provide easy access to Central London.

The recently refurbished house features:

Spacious shared living/kitchen area
Private outdoor space

You'll be living with two friendly and sociable housemates (one English and one Kiwi). One other housemate is also moving out, so another room in the property is being advertised separately. A new housemate will therefore be joining around the same time, making it a great opportunity to become part of a friendly household. The room is officially available from 1st September. However, I have some flexibility on this, and an earlier move-in date from early August may be possible.

Bills: ~£110 pcm

We're looking for someone easy-going and sociable who'd enjoy being part of a friendly home. We all get on well, enjoy a chat, occasionally grab a drink together, and generally strike a good balance between socialising and respecting each other's space.
