**Monday–Friday Room Rental (Ideal for a Professional)**

I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and organised professional to rent one of the bedrooms in my flat on a Monday-Friday basis.

I work outside of London from Monday to Thursday and stay near my office during the week, so the flat will be largely yours during that time. We may only occasionally see each other on Fridays.

The room is currently furnished with a sofa bed, which will be replaced with a comfortable double bed in August before your move-in date.

I’m looking for someone who treats a home with respect, keeps shared spaces tidy, and enjoys a calm, clean, and well-maintained living environment. This arrangement would suit a professional who works in London during the week and prefers a peaceful home base.
