Double bed w/ private bathroom in E&C

Hey hey! I’m Domingo, and I’m looking to rent out my spare room in the flat I recently bought in Elephant and Castle.

It’s a bright, spacious double room with an ottoman bed, and you’d have exclusive use of the guest bathroom. The flat is pretty modern and has a shared living space and balcony.

I’m 28 and work in freelance consulting, so how much I’m home varies by project. Outside work, I’m usually seeing friends, at the gym, or exploring a potential career pivot.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate, ideally who doesn’t work from home much. Happy for you to have friends over for dinner or drinks, but not looking to create a party flat. I’m also gay, so homophobes pls keep away x

Open to short, medium or longer-term stays. For anything longer term, would want to start with an initial 3-6 months and review from there depending on how we’re finding living together 🙏

Pretty flexible on move-in dates, can be sooner or later than what I’ve put on this ad
