Currently we have three girls in our late 20s / early 30s who work within Fashion, Dance and Circus - so quite a creative bunch.
We don’t have a living room however we spend a lot of time in the kitchen and balcony🤩
We keep the flat clean and tidy and enjoy occasional evenings together. Sharing snacks as well as chilled evenings in our rooms for social battery recharge when we want our space💖 We love a bit of chilling, cooking, and dancing and exploring random pop up events in London.
Our flat is an excellent location. There are plenty of bus routes to get around London with a bus stop 5 minutes walk away, and Elephant and Castle station just a 20 minute walk down Walworth Road. Local shops include big new Lidl, Morrison’s, Tesco and Sainsbury’s and multiple cafes. Multiple gyms including a Gymbox are nearby and permit parking is available outside the flat if needed.
Total bills including council tax amount to around £100 a month dependent on winter time sometimes rise slightly but not much, that’s within the price above. Deposit is £450.
