2 Rooms Available – Lovely E&C House

Two rooms up for grabs in a lovely, sociable Elephant & Castle house-share! My current housemates are sadly moving out - one back to Australia, and the other is moving in with her boyfriend.

Looking for respectful, easy-going working professionals who consider themselves clean and tidy and are happy to join in for house dinners and outings.

The house is in Elephant & Castle, a 10min walk from the E&C tube station and around 25min walk to London Bridge & Waterloo, plus great bus links and various supermarkets 5 minutes away. Elephant Park is a few mins away and has lots of resturants, shops and pubs.

Room 1 - available from 6 September

A spacious room with plenty of storage and enough space for a desk, plus its own ensuite bathroom.

Room 2 - available from the 6th October

Located on the second floor, with a bathroom shared with one other housemate.

The house

The house itself is big and spread across 4 floors. On the ground floor is a large living room with a separate toilet. The very spacious and fully-stocked kitchen is located on the first floor and has a large dining table. There's also a balcony with a BBQ we like to utilise as much as possible in the summer, and a basement, which stays fully dry and is great for storing any extra bits.

You'll be sharing the house with me, Liisbet, a 32-year-old digital marketing manager. I love a wine night with some good tunes playing, reading, watching Netflix series, tennis/exercise, travelling, catching DJ sets and baking the occasional sourdough or cinnamon rolls (I share!)

Bills come to around £150pp which includes WiFi, council tax (band E), gas, water and electric.
