Subletting double room ensuite on E&C roundabout

I’m subletting my room in Elephant & Castle for a couple of windows this summer while I'm away:

🗓 6th – 23rd August (£650 all inc.)

🗓 8th – 30th September (Pro-rata rate of £1,350/mo all inc.)

The Room:

It’s the biggest room in the house! Comes with a double bed, your own en-suite bathroom, and a full WFH setup (desk + two monitors ready to plug into).

The video is from when I moved in - the window has now been fixed and I’ve replaced the desk with my own Ikea desk set up. Also a bedside table.

The Flat:

It’s a huge, two-storey, 4-bed flat right on the roundabout (literally steps from the Tube/Thameslink). The shared spaces are massive—we have a huge living room with a big TV, a pool table, and a great balcony.

The Housemates:

You’ll be living with 3 lovely housemates - friends from uni and super lovely (aged 24–27: two lawyers and a consultant, 2 girls & 1 guy).
