Friendly Flatshare: Double Room, Kennington/E&C

Hello! We are looking for a third flatmate to move in from 9 th August, as our current flatmate is moving abroad. You will be living with two friendly young professionals aged between 28-32, working in tech sales and global mobility research.

The room is a bright small double in a split-level, three-bedroom flat. It comes furnished with a mattress but no bed frame, a desk, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers with plenty of storage and a mirror. Bills are roughly £120 a month.

We're the top flat on a quiet street, but still really close to loads of great cafes, gyms, and shops. It has great transport links - we are about a 10 minute walk away from Elephant & Castle station, 15 minutes from Kennington and there are plenty of buses towards Central/South/East.
