A large double room available in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in SE1, just a 5-minute walk from Elephant & Castle station.

My girlfriend and I are going away for around two months, so we’re looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful to take our room while we’re away.

Ideally suited to a working professional or student. Female preferred.

You’ll be sharing with one existing flatmate, who has their own bedroom and ensuite, so there is plenty of privacy.

ABOUT THE HOME

The vibe is relaxed, clean and respectful.

As this is our home rather than a permanent rental property, we’re looking for someone who will look after the place and feel comfortable treating it as their own while we’re away.

You’ll be living with one friendly flatmate, but everyone has plenty of their own space and privacy.

We’re ideally looking for:
