We’re renting out one room in our recently renovated flat in Elephant & Castle, just a 10-minute walk from the station. The flat is bright, clean and well looked after, with a modern kitchen/living space, a large garden, and a driveway.

We’re open to both short-term and long-term tenants. Pricing will vary depending on the length of stay, and the deposit will also depend on whether the let is short or long term.

The room would suit someone friendly, tidy and considerate who wants a comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep. The area is really well connected, with easy access to the Northern and Bakerloo lines, Thameslink, buses, local shops, cafes, gyms and supermarkets.
