Room in excellent location and super cozy flat

Hi!! I'm looking for a flatmate for a flat that I have signed and paid a deposit on already.

Situated in the Rockingham estate just off trinity square, 5 mins walk to elephant and castle station and 10 to borough (probably less) it's the perfect location! about 10/15 to London Bridge also.

I'm being very picky with my flatmate as I really want us to get along!!! So i'm only considering the girls gays and theys! I understand people have lives but I really hope to become friends with the new flatmate (hopefully this can be you!!!!)

I'm not living here yet but know the building really well as I've flatsat multiple times over the years and already have a lot of friends in the area through dog walking (access to many pups right on your door step haha) I have secured the flat through dog walking connections and dealings are directly with the landlord who has been super helpful so far (I mean come on look at the rental price!!)

the first room in the video is the one up for grabs - ive done an even split on rent as they are very similar in size (yours is a little bit smaller) but happy to discuss if this feels unfair!

It's genuinely such an awesome area and a really cool building which im so excited to live in.

bills not included, furniture is (which I plan to rearrange a bit when I move in)
