Spacious double room in a queer house

I'm moving out this month, so my room will be available from 15 September.

This is a queer house, so my flatmates would like to find another gay man to replace me.

The room is spacious and fully furnished. The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, and one shared bathroom.

The flatmates are fun, organised and tidy. They are a great company if you want to have a good time or just a chat at the end of the day.

📍 Location — Elephant & Castle : Elephant & Castle is a vibrant and diverse area with plenty to do within walking distance, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars. Despite being a lively neighbourhood, the house is on a quiet and peaceful residential street.

You can get anywhere in Zone 1 in under 30 minutes by public transport. Elephant & Castle station, Thameslink and numerous bus routes are all within a 2–10 minute walk.

👋 Flatmates

Both flatmates are professionals. One works from home, while the other works outside the house.

They're both friendly, easy-going and enjoy going out for a fun night occasionally. We also have a weekly cleaning schedule, so the house is kept tidy, clean and cosy.

-Rent: £1,100 per month

-Bills are not included. Electricity, council tax and Wi-Fi usually come to around £100 per person per month.

- Supermarkets: Large Sainsbury's and Lidl are within a 10-minute walk. A local Sainsbury's and Co-op are just 2 minutes away.
- Local shops: The neighbourhood has plenty of Asian and Latin American supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
- Shopping: A new shopping centre is set to open in the area this year.
- Parks: Elephant Park is around a 5-minute walk away, and Burgess Park is around 15 minutes away.
- Gyms: Gymbox, The Gym Group and several other local gyms are within a 5–10 minute walk.
