- A park nearby, including a dog park
- Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and local amenities along the nearby vibrant road
- Several gyms within easy walking distance

The flat has a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for cooking, as well as clean, well-maintained bathrooms (the shower room is new). There is also additional storage space throughout the flat.
