En-suite double room on its own floor | E&C

We have a room available in our spacious three-bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle. The flat is spread over three levels, and the room is on its own floor, giving it a lovely sense of privacy. It has an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed and a large dresser, with space for a desk if you work from home.

There are three bathrooms in total, an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, and a large terrace off the kitchen. We have a cleaner once a month, and bills are split three ways.

You’d be living with Alex and Tom. Alex is 32, French-Canadian and works Monday to Friday, usually from home on Mondays and Fridays. Tom is British-Australian, a writer and currently building a business. We’re both gay, and we’re looking for a tidy, respectful flatmate who’ll feel at home here and take care of the space with us.

Our outgoing flatmate is buying a house and taking a few shared household items with them, including the TV and microwave. We’ll need to replace some kitchen and living-room basics, so it would be a bonus if you’re bringing anything useful. We can work out what’s needed together.
