Dble Room In Lovely Flat, Housemate Is Often Away!

Lovely stylish double room for couple/single in sunny flat.

The room is available for a SHORT TERM LET from the 2nd January 2015 until around the end of April 2015.

The flat is shared with me, an easy going architect. But I will be absent for large amounts of January/ February, so you will essentially get the apartment to yourselves for at least 60% of this time!!

I have been renting a room through a different site, but would now welcome something slightly longer term.

Your room has a double bed, with lots of storage, armchair and a desk.

You share with me (in the time I am there!) the open plan living room with high, roof-lit ceiling, and a piano if you want to play!
Kitchen area, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all utensils, and dining table
Bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine
South facing balcony overlooking private gardens, and there are friendly neighbours!

The place is 5 mins walk to the Walworth road, which has many buses to Westminster, Soho, the West End, Covent Garden, and the City of London. It is a 15 min walk to Tower Bridge. In fact, with the wind in the right direction, when lying in bed you can hear Big Ben striking!
Local facilities are great for buying provisions. Not only are good British supermarkets under five mins walk away, but a very handy well stocked 24hour Turkish store is also close by, where you can get groceries, fruit and freshly baked bread 24 hours a day!
