Lovely fully-furnished double room for couple/single in a sunny stylish flat, in a very quiet street south of the Elephant and Castle.

This is to share with me, but I tend to be in London for between 3 and 5 nights at a time, once or twice a month. As I will be absent for large amounts of time, you will essentially get the apartment to yourself/yourselves for at least 65% of the time, usually more!!

I am an easy-going, tidy gay male architect. I have successfully shared this space with housemates, and we've remained friends when they have moved on! My room is the second bedroom in this two-bedroomed flat.

The available room is fully-furnished with a double bed, with lots of storage, and an armchair. It makes a good place to WFH, with a desk with work chair, and wall mounted work monitor.

Shared space: the open-plan living room with high, roof-lit ceiling, and a piano (with headphones) if you want to play! There is no TV.
Kitchen area, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, and a dining table.
Bathroom with shower/ bath, and washing machine.
South facing balcony with table and chairs, overlooking private gardens.

The place is 5 mins walk to the Walworth Road, which has many buses - to Westminster, Soho, the West End, Covent Garden, and the City of London.
The up-and-coming Elephant and Castle is 10-12 min walk away with its brilliant restaurant scene, and its zone 1 Underground and Thameslink stations.
There is internal bike storage available for max 1 bicycle.
Council tax band C.
The price listed is for one person. If you are two people the rent is £100 more per month, due to the higher bills two people incur.
Rent one month in advance, one month's deposit required.
