Beautiful Double Room Available in Central London!

I am looking for a friendly, clean but easy going housemate (no couples) to share my house with. We are two people living here already and looking someone to move in to the double room.

I am a creative (photographer) in my mid 30s and I am working freelance. I am very easy going and like going out and having friends over sometimes (BBQs in the summer) but the place is a home and not a party house.
You will also share the house with a very nice, quiet French guy that is in London for an Internship for the next 3 month.
We are both very busy and often working long hours so I expect the new flat-mate to be professional in mid/late 20s to late 30s that wants to live in a nice and clean but relaxed house share.

THE DOUBLE ROOM is spacious and very bright and facing a quiet street. It is fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, internet connection). The price is £700 monthly including all bills. The first month rent must be paid in advance + one month deposit and it is available from the 1. June.

THE HOUSE has a nice living room, a big garden, a garage (for storage) and a parking space.
It is located in a quiet street off New Kent Road just 7 min walk from Elephant and Castle Tube Station (Bakerloo, Northern line) and Overground trains. There are great bus connections to Central and South London and it is only about 15-20 min walking distance from Waterloo, London Bridge and Tower Bridge so the location is great.
It is also very close to the London College of Communication and the Southbank University so it could also be suitable for students (no council tax exemptions for students).
