£750 for a single person.
£1000 for couples.

The flat is very modern. There is 1 bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area.

The building also boasts bike storage space, easy off street parking, and a 24 hour security system.

The area:
I love this location since almost every night bus in London pass through Elephant and Castle / Kennington. This makes commuting to work or coming back from a night out easy and cheap! There is also a brand new 24hr gym near by. There is a really good Dim Sum Chinese restaurant less than 2mins walk from house as well as many other takeaway shops and 4 major supermarkets on the road.

Central London, Bermondsey, Brixton, Canada Water, London Bridge and Bermondsey are all walkable with direct transportation leading you to Farringdon, Shoreditch, Camden and Canary Wharf within 30mins.

Many restaurants and bars/pubs near by on Sayer Street, within a 5 minute walk. Sports bars, gaming bars, pizza shops, jazz restaurant and more.

These are excluding bills which are approximately (but obviously depends on how much electricity and utilities people use). This covers Electricity, TV License, Broadband, Council tax. Bills an be approximately £100-160 per person depending on how much electricity is generally used.
