Central - 3mins walk to Northern Line, Bakerloo and Overground. 25 to the City or London Bridge. 15 to Southbank. Ideal if you work locally and want to walk in, as my flat mate and I both do. Loads of night buses. Zone 1.
Good value – at £1, 000 per month this is a bargain. The landlady hasn’t put up the rent in three years. And we negotiated a cheaper rent than the previous tenants.
Amazing views and natural light – Up on the 30th floor, the rooms have views stretching way out over London. You can see all the way to Canary Wharf in the east, Tower Bridge, the City and London Eye. There’s loads of natural light. The bedroom has a huge ceiling to floor window.
Modern – built only four years ago, the place looks brand new. It’s clean, well built and feels futuristic. The kitchen has all modern appliances.
Convenient – the building has a concierge and laundry service. It also has underground parking for cars and bikes. The room has a massive wardrobe.
Comfy – the room has a new double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a powerful modern shower. It’s never cold. It’s well insulated, but has a lovely breeze in Summer being so high up.
