Offering one room in a lovely first and second floor 2-bed flat in Victorian Terrace in Elephant and Castle for a short-term let (3 to 6 months)

I'm being seconded overseas for my job and wish to rent out my room for the period I am out of the country. The room would be available from the week of December 1st for three to six months, depending on my return date which is still to be confirmed.

The flat is over two floors and has a bathroom, separate loo, kitchen, lounge/dining room on the first floor (including my clavinova!). The two bedrooms are situated on the second floor.

Wonderful housemate who is tidy and generous with his fine wines!

The Landlords own many of the local streets nearby and are exceptionally responsive. They have pledged to keep rents low - below market average - meaning that this flat is a real bargain. I've been with the landlord for 5 years and have always been impressed by their services.
