It's a double room in elephant & castle. Easy accesses to all London. A lot of busses and two underground lines (Baker loo, Northern). Takes 10 min to with tube, 20 min with buss and 30 min by walking to get into central.

The moving date is between 19-31 of August. In the apartment lives two super nice girls in their twenties (one Swedish and one Australian) that both work in the hospitality business.
We are hopefully looking for someone who works in the same business and have similar working hours. Example waiter, waitress, bartender, manager ect.

Rent: £477 per month
Bills: around £50, every 3 mount is the gas and water bill.
Deposit: one month rent
Contract: £150 (pays before move in date) reference letter is a must!
