I'm looking for a flatmate for a double room in a newly refurbished modern 2-bed flat in Zone 1 Elephant & Castle.
The room is a good size with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and study desk and benefits from large windows with amazing views towards
the river and the city centre.

The apartment itself is a 2 bed, 1 bath flat on the 11th floor with large windows throughout so is very bright and airy, with newly laid wood floors and carpets in the living area and rooms.
The living room and kitchen are large and provide an excellent space for relaxing and socialising after a day's work.
All the usual modern conveniences are available - large screen LED tv, wifi broadband, brand new electric heating, electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and
washing machine.

The apartment block is part of the private Grade II listed Metro Central Heights development located across the road from Elephant & Castle underground station (2 mins walk) with access to the Northern and Bakerloo lines as well as mainline rail services. It is very centrally located within walking distance to London Bridge (10 mins walk),
Waterloo station (15 min walk) and the City financial district (Bank station 25 mins walk).
There is a 24-hour concierge which makes security and receipt of parcels/deliveries very convenient.
The development is equipped with a gym, swimming pool and steam room as well as a communal garden with a koi pond.

I own the apartment and have refurbished it to be a comfortable and modern home, as such I'm looking for a flatmate who is a responsible working professional
who appreciates having a clean, peaceful, warm & friendly home environment to come back to. I enjoy socialising over a meal and in front of the tv but also appreciate
my own space and would respect the same for others. Basically looking for a normal, friendly person to share my home who's up for a chat and a laugh.
