Clean ensuite double bedroom, easy access to city

Hi everyone,

My name is Manny and i am looking for a clean and easygoing professional (preferably male) to rent the spare bedroom in my flat. The room is available until July 2015.

The flat is centrally located in Elephant and Castle. It is on the first floor of a gated and secure apartment complex called Metro Central Heights. It is a nice clean double bedroom and you will have your own bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is a spacious lounge and you will only be sharing with me so there is plenty of space in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and other appliances. The whole flat is fully furnished and is in great condition.

The building itself has a gym and swimming pool for residents. There is a security desk which is staffed 24 hours a day and there is a communal courtyard. It is an excellent building to live in.

The flat has a fantastic central location with brilliant transport links. It is perfectly located for easy access into the City. Elephant & Castle tube station has northern and bakerloo lines and is across the road from the main building entrance. London bridge and Waterloo are both within 15 minutes walking. There are also lots of local buses going into the city and out towards south London. There is a shopping centre across the roundabout which has plenty of useful shops including tesco, iceland, boots. There are also a few pubs and nandos below the building (a big bonus when you don't want to cook!!)

The only bill not included in the price is electric. All other utilities are included - council tax, water, broadband etc. The electric bill is an additional £25-40 depending on the time of year and heating. There is also sky tv in the lounge with all sports and movie channels. A 1 month deposit will be required and rent to be paid at the beginning of the month.

The rent is £825 per month but I am also happy for someone to stay Monday-Friday only if this suits them better. In this case the rent would be £625 per month and a bit extra for the electric bill. The room is available for approximately 6 months - until the end of July. A parking space is also available with the flat. I don't drive so you would be completely free to use the space if you have a car.

I have lived in London for the last 3 years and work as dentist. I purchased and moved in to the flat about 9 months ago. I am a laidback person who enjoys watching football and cooking good food, and of course a few drinks at the weekend. I am currently studying for my masters so usually have to study a fair bit when not working.

I am looking for a like minded and respectful person who will treat the flat as their own and keep it clean.
