The house itself is in the Liverpool Grove Conservation area, & is on a lovely, leafy, quiet, dead-end street. It is close to the Elephant and Castle regeneration area, which is populated with lots of great bars & restaurants, as well as a fantastic green spaces.

The house has excellent transport links & is a 5 min walk to the Walworth Road, where there are lots of shops, supermarkets, & buses to the City etc. It is a 15 minute walk to Elephant & Castle tube and mainline stations. 10 min cycle to Guy’s Hospital, 13 min cycle to St Thomas’s.

It is just a couple of minutes walk to lively East Street market, where you can buy anything from fruit & veg, to fabric, clothes, & chandeliers.

The current house mates are three males in their early 20s, keen rugby players. Findlay has just started his career in Digital Marketing for a real estate agency, and Rio is an Artist & Repertoire for a record company.
