Beautiful Double Room near London Bridge

Hi,

We've just secured a gorgeous two bedroom apartment in a brand new development walking distance from Bermondsey Street and London Bridge. We're looking for another couple to come and share with us.

The apartment, which is on the 1st floor, has a balcony, access to a communal garden and a huge roof terrace with amazing views across London. You'd have the master bedroom with en-suite shower room.

A little bit about us:
Jonny is a consultant who has just moved his business to London Bridge and I'm a primary school teacher. We've both lived in shared houses before, and are told that we're very easy to live with! In terms of interests I guess we're like most people in London... foodie-stuff / drinks, cooking, travel, comedy and music...
We both work hard during the week, but we're fairly social and it would be nice to find people who would enjoy sharing dinner and a few drinks.

Some things to know:
Fees (on top of the deposit) are payable to the estate agent as normal. The apartment is really good value, especially considering how central it is! Car parking in a secure underground car park is available but at an extra cost. Bike parking in there is available for free. There's also a porter for mail etc and a rather cool light that flashes in the apartment when you have a parcel! Finally, bills will be split equally between us. As we haven't moved in yet we don't have our own pictures of the apartment; the ones on here are from the estate agent so the furniture may differ, but it is furnished similarly.
