Perfectly located in Zone 1, we are 5 minutes walk away from Elephant & Castle tube station as well as Kennington. Many bus links also. Positioned opposite the police station, so the road and house is very safe. 30 seconds walk away from Walworth road, which has every shop you could every need! (Food, clothes, pharmacies and more).

Looking for someone to move in early Jan 2020 for 3 months while I am away travelling. Ideal for anyone in transition, or moving to London finding their feet. There are 2 people currently here besides me; one female downstairs in one room and one male next door. We are a friendly house of people, who go out on weekends but who work all week, so are respectful of sleep/noise. The room you will be renting is the master bedroom.
