I am looking for a housemate to live with myself - Davide, my dog Lukaz and another housemate.
I am a Digital Product Manager in the transport sector. I’m currently working from home. Looking for a housemate who is easy to live with, clean and tidy.
Lukaz is my 11 year old wire fox terrier. He's a very chilled dog. Will greet you with a warm welcome after a long day at 'the office'… and go back to sleep.
The apartment is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom corner flat with a large balcony in Elephant and Castle. Only minutes away from shops, bus stops to central London and Elephant & Castle / Kennington tube stations.
The room is a fully furnished, large double room. It comes with a Smart Samsung TV and a free Netflix account.
Rent is £1200 plus £170 for bills a month.
The lodger will also get a TfL travel card for all London Underground, Overground and bus services. That’s a saving of around £200 or more on a monthly travel card.
Fortnightly cleaner - £30 a month.
