Myself and my flatmate have a room in an LGBT non-smoking gay/LGBT flatshare in SE17 Walworth area. Zone1/2. 10mins Elephant and Castle or Kennington tube Northern Line. Very central - amazing location. Very urban and lively. Historic borough of Southwark.

Bright west facing double room 17x11ft. £600 pcm. Shared bills extra average £200 pcm. Room has desk, bed, wardrobe. Room for some additional furniture. Lovely room, spacious and light. Very desirable location.

We are looking for: female or male - LGBT preferred. Age range 30-60 approx. Professional preferred. Non smoking. No pets.

It's a creative, artistic place with unusual, quirky layout that allows for privacy but has shared lounge. Not super modern but clean and cosy. Would suit artist, musician, nurse, technician, professional with reliable routine. Not a party lifestyle house. Spiritual, geeky, intellectual outlooks welcome! We have mixed dietary habits, so would suit someone who's flexible and adaptable, with no hard or fast rules in the kitchen. We clean up after ourselves and share chores, and we're looking for someone who can chip in with household responsibilities such as taking rubbish out and mopping the floor now and then We're asking for 1 year minimum stay. You'd be living with friendly and fun but independent arts/music professionals - a lesbian woman (professional jazz/rock musician) and gay man working in arts sector.

Walworth Road and all its amenities/connections are on the doorstep. Burgess Park, East St Market. West end is 45 mins walk. Waterloo 30 mins walk. This is a great location and situation. Available from Aug 11th 2024.
