Sunny Room In Shared House

Sunny double room in a house shared with a quiet, sociable, vegetarian, professional woman, and two friendly cats. I'm into reading, films and theater.

I'm looking for a similarly friendly and quiet vegetarian (this is an essential requirement: either to be veg or to promise not to eat meat in the house) to share the home with, ideally someone who likes cats!

The room includes bed, desk, shelves, chair and lots of storage. It is south facing onto a pedestrian area, so quiet and sunny.

The house has a large shared kitchen, which is newly installed, with new oven, hob and dishwasher. There's a washing machine, small garden, and there is on-street parking (subject to payment to the Council). There's a shared TV room and we have Virgin TV and wifi.

There's a park 25m away, and we are walking distance to Lidl, Tesco Metro, Sainsbury's and Morrison's.
