Must be naturally clean and tidy! Current flat-mates are friendly, considerate, tidy and hard-working. Current configuration is 1 single female and two single males to make up the three rooms.

The flat has 3 double rooms, an eat-in kitchen, and bathroom with separate WC. Both bathroom and WC have their own basin with mirror cabinet.

The flat is on the first floor and the block has a lift. Secure communal access with electronic key fob and video intercom.
