Bright double room in a quiet neighbourhood

Hello!

I have a room to let in my two bed terraced house in SE25. There's a large bright lounge area and spearate dining area - the whole downstairs is open plan. You have a choice of two rooms (the smaller of the two is shown in the photos). There is also a small garden.

About me - i'm a consultant who works from home most of the time but occasionally I am deployed to client sites so there will be short periods when you have the place to yourself. I am not really a party guy. This would suit someone respectful and clean. Apart from that, it's open to anyone.

Council tax band D, though all bills except energy are included in the cost of the room.
