Looking for a tidy and mature LADY to share two bedroom small flat. Landlord is always away from the property, so wanna someone to stay in the room and treat the flat as own home. Visitors are welcome during the tenancy, but it is a good manner to inform other flatmates in advance.

If you are new in London, do not need to worry about cookers which will be provided in the kitchen. Some essentials in the bedroom also can be provided as require. The other flat mate is professional and friendly. There is a kitchen and bathroom for sharing. The flat will be cleaned regularly, including washing machine, fridge, toaster and kettle etc.

Ideally located in SE9, the flat is a few minutes’ walk to shops and a short walk to Eltham station. Also the 161, 132 and 486 bus stops are very close making North Greenwich, bus 286 making Cutty Sark DLR, and bus 122 and 89 to Lewisham station, the walkable distance to reach Eltham high street and Woolwich centre. only half hour from Eltham station to centre London by train.

The flat is well furnished with modern appliances including unlimited Virgin wireless broadband. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences. The green of Eltham Common and Eltham park is several minutes’ walk distance for summer strolls, running, cycling, picnics etc.
