A cozy spare room is available in our wonderful house, complete with amenities such as a dishwasher, a spacious fridge/freezer, and a well-maintained garden. The house offers comfort and convenience with a dedicated parking spot and fast internet.
We are located near Kidbrooke train station, which is about an 8-minute walk away. From there, you can take a train to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo, Canon Street, and Lewisham.
There are also bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk, with frequent buses. By bus, you can get to Woolwich (approx. 20 minutes) and Lewisham (also approx. 10 minutes), as well as North Greenwich, and night buses are available. Within an 8-minute walk from the house, you will also find Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op, a pharmacy, and a Post Office.
Please note, while we adore pets, we are unable to accommodate dogs or cats. Currently, two out of four rooms are occupied, as two current tenants are moving out. All residents are working people, ensuring a lively and welcoming atmosphere. A cleaner maintains the communal areas. Our good landlord fixes everything promptly when issues arise, which creates a sense of calm and reliability when living here.
