Room Share in Twin ensuite room - male student

Single bed in shared Twin ensuite room on fourth floor in student accomodation (Northumberland House), sharing a room with existing male roommate. Central location, right next to Charing Cross Station and Trafalgar Square. Room includes single bed, desk, drawers, lamp etc. Kitchen is shared between other neighbouring rooms. The accomodation also includes laundry, study room and a common room. Looking for a student to hand over my contract to, as I will be moving away after 25th March. Contract ends 19th July, which can be extended until September. Room will be shared with my current roommate, Male, 3rd Year Undergrad.
