We are seeking a female flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The official contract starts on February 4th, but you can move in as early as January 24th. The current lease runs until August 4th and can be renewed. Rent is £390 per week.

10-minute Tube ride or 20 minutes by bus to University College London (UCL).

Roommate Preferences:
Female preferred.
Preferably no frequent male visitors.
No house parties (occasional exceptions can be discussed in advance).
Must be clean and considerate (one of the flatmates is a neat freak!).
