We are Inka (36) and Joy (40), working in TV and entertainment, and we’re looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely houseshare in Islington. While the house doesn’t have a shared lounge, the rooms are a good size, and there’s a spacious kitchen where we can enjoy the occasional glass of wine and meal together!

The house features a shower room and a separate toilet. For this fantastic price and location, we’ve found it works well for us!

We’re pretty outgoing and enjoy socialising, but we also appreciate our downtime. We’ve adjusted well to working from home and would love to find someone similar, ideally, a professional, clean, and responsible person, either female or male, around our age.

The flat is conveniently located between Angel and Highbury & Islington stations, both about a 10-minute walk away. Upper Street is just around the corner, offering a great selection of cafes, restaurants, shops, and pubs.

Rent for the double room is just £760, with bills averaging around £170 on top (including council tax band D). A deposit of 5 weeks' rent (£880) is required, and the first month’s rent is due prior to move-in. Rent and bills are due on the 14th of each month. The landlord is private, so there are no additional costs in moving in, just references from a landlord and employer, plus 3 months of bank statements.
