There is plenty of storage space: you will have 2 inbuilt storage rooms! In addition, there is a balcony overlooking a beautiful, big shared garden which is perfect for picnics in the summer.
The location is amazing: the flat is in a quiet side street with almost no cars coming through, but within 5min walk, you can reach a bus stop with plenty of buses going to the city, and Essex road station with trains to Old Street or Highbury and Islington. Highbury and Islington underground station is about 12min by foot (Victoria line), Angel 15min (Northern line). You can also reach a local Sainsbury, Tesco or fruit/veggie shop within 5min and take a walk to Regents Canal (10min).
Our contract is running until October 2021, with a break clause in October 2020 and March 2021.
Rent is 1574 pounds, council tax around 124 pounds. The agency requires that your combined salary is at least 2.5 times the rent (before tax).
