The flat share is located a 2-minute walk from the Essex Road train station and about 15-minute walk to Angel and Highbury & Islington tube stations. There are excellent bus connections from the New North Road. There are plenty of grocery shopping options nearby and Essex Road offers great going out and restaurants choices.

Utilities/broadband/council tax are to be added on top of the rent for the room. Bills run about £80 a month per person (including council tax and wifi).

Security deposit is the standard 5 weeks of rent.
