ABOUT THE FLATMATE:

I am a friendly Italian guy working in Research for a large University in London; I enjoy having dinners together and spending time with friends both indoors and outdoors. I am interested in good food and drinks, politics, music, films, science, IT, among others.

I am ideally looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy, working professional. The "cleanliness" part is very important to me. I try to keep the flat as clean as possible so I would like someone that does the same :). This includes the possibility to get a professional cleaner from time to time.

The contract/deposit will be established directly with the Landlord, who is very responsive and careful in managing the property.

NOTE: There will be the option to buy some of the current furniture (as seen in the pictures) from the former tenant, specifically : The TV, all plates/glasses/cutlery, the desk in the room and the bedside tables (everything else, like bed, mattress, wardrobe, comes already with the flat).
