Sadly leaving my room in February in a beautiful, large 5-people household on lovely Northchurch Road, quiet and well connected, just up the road from De Beauvoir Arms. Great area full of parks, pubs, shops, quick access to central.

Room is good size, faces a large green interior block, all you see is green and the sky. Super quiet, Bathroom is shared with another person (male). Two closets and additional storage space in the attic. Beautiful chimney feature.

Rent is 875 including council and water, rest of bills inc. utilities, wifi, one weekly cleaner, some shared cleaning & cooking stuff are about 110 a month. Great price for the area.

House has a large living room full of plants, lovely fully equipped kitchen facing garden, laundry room, 4 other professional, respectful roommates, 2.5 bathrooms. Looking for a quiet and tidy professional, LGBTQ friendly.

The landlord is the owner himself, responsive and unproblematic.

Ideally, you take over some furniture items such as mattress, curtains, and lamp shade.
