Summer short let in heart of Islington

Readvertising as the let we had fell through!

Sublet my room and enjoy a summer in Islington! I've got to spend a couple of months away so looking for someone to stay in my room just to cover costs.

It's a 2 bed flat right in the heart of Islington opposite Essex Road Station and ~12mins to Highbury & Islington Station so really well connected.

Spec - 2 bed 2 bath flat you'll have:
Double room furnished with bedding
Own bathroom (not en-suite)
Balcony w pallet sofa & chair-hammock
Light-filled living space
Full kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, various coffee making options)
Dining table/area
Own desk set up to WFH (in the living space)
Comfy sofa and recliner chair
Great projector set-up
Washing machine
Opposite a lovely little café/wine bar called Ciro's 😊

Your flatmate would be my sister - 29yo F who's in the office 2-3 days a week and works at home otherwise. She's got a busy summer with weddings and various trips planned but is sociable and friendly, up for iced coffee or a drink in the sun and will have good tips for the area to share. If you can keep her honest on her fitness she'd appreciate an excercise buddy! Would suit someone wanting to test out the area or needing a stop-gap in between other places.

This is my homeeee so wanting to ensure the fit is good both for my sister and me - to that end I'm happy to be a bit flexible for the right person.

Rate advertised includes all bills - council tax, utilities, internet and a cleaner every two weeks. The flat has everything you need if just arriving in Ldn with bedding/linen and towels available and crockery/kitchen utensils etc. If you're between places it allows you to settle in without needing to unpack all your stuff.
