Spare room to rent!

I've got a 2 bed place and am looking to rent out my spare room on either a short-let or a few days a week with a longer term agreement.

It's a 2 bed flat right in the heart of Islington with good connections - opposite Essex Road Station (<2min walk), ~12mins to Highbury & Islington Station and ~15mins to both Angel Station and Canonbury Station.

Spec - 2 bed 2 bath flat you'll have:
Double room furnished (new wardrobe pending) with bedding
Own bathroom (not en-suite)
Balcony w pallet sofa, chair-hammock and mini-allotment
Light-filled living space
Full kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, various coffee making options, multi/pressure cooker)
Washing machine
Dining table/area
Own desk set up if you want to WFH
Comfy sofa and recliner chair
Opposite a lovely little café/wine bar called Ciro's 😊

Would suit someone wanting to test out the area, needing a stop-gap in between other places or needing to be in town for a few days a week.

This is my homeeee so wanting to ensure the fit is good both for both of us - to that end I'm happy to be a bit flexible for the right person.

Bills come to ~£150-170/month covering internet, council tax, water, electricity, gas and a cleaner once a month.

The flat has everything you need if just arriving in Ldn with bedding/linen and towels available and crockery/kitchen utensils etc. If you're between places it allows you to settle in without needing to unpack all your stuff.
