I'm Camila, and I currently share this lovely flat on Essex Road, Islington with my boyfriend Matt. His sister is sadly moving out, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home and take her spacious, furnished master bedroom!

- The Room
A large, furnished master bedroom is available on a 12-month contract flexible starting date. It comes with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, desk, and chair—perfect if you work from home.

-The Flat
A peaceful, two-bedroom flat on Essex Road, shared with just two others (Matt and me). Fully furnished with a modern open-plan kitchen and living room, one shared bathroom, and a cosy balcony – perfect for coffee or wine in the sun. The building is gated, offering excellent security and peace of mind, and bike storage is conveniently available. We've lived here for two years and treat it as our sanctuary.

- Rent & Bills
£1,050 pcm + bills (~£120–£130 pcm).
Deposit: £1,050.

-Who You'll Be Living With
Camila (me!) – I'm 30, originally from Colombia 🇨🇴, and work full-time at a charity in Haringey. I work on a hybrid model, so I'm home a few days a week. I love pilates, running, and exploring London (especially cafés and wine bars). I'm very social but also super respectful of others' space – I've been renting here for years, so I know the deal!

Matt—My boyfriend, 28, is English and works full-time as a construction estimator. He's out at the office during the week, and when he's home, he's relaxed, friendly, and respectful. He loves football, music and going out for a pint 🍻.

- Who We're Looking For
We'd love to find a clean, friendly and considerate flatmate – ideally, a woman in their late 20s to mid-30s. Someone who enjoys a chat over dinner or wine, and treats the flat like home and values a peaceful and respectful vibe.

-The Area
Located steps from Essex Road Station, 10 mins to Canonbury, 15 mins to Highbury & Islington. Super well connected to central London. Surrounded by amazing cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops (Sainsbury's, Tesco, local gems… you name it!).

- The Essentials
Fully furnished flat (kitchen stocked, smart TV, comfy sofa, etc.)
The bedroom includes all main furniture – some personal items in photos will be removed.
