Hey there :) we have a nice bedroom available from the 8th of October in a spacious flat with two bathrooms, one living room and a separate kitchen. The room comes furnished and has access to a cosy balcony. The location is great, between Islington and Dalston, with both Tesco and Sainsburys just a 2 minutes walk away.

Great transport links, with a bus stop right in front of the house with routes going both to central london and towards Stoke Newington/Dalston. Canonbury and Dalston Overground stations just a 15 mins walk :)

Bills not included but come to around £100/month!

About us: three friendly professionals working hybrid schedules. We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and have a fairly regular routine during the week. We get along really well and always happy to hang out for a pint at a local pub and the occasional night out during the weekend :)

About you: we're looking for someone clean and tidy, friendly and sociable, who's looking to make friends rather than just a house! We enjoy each other's company but we also respect personal spaces :))
