Double room on Essex Road in friendly flat

Hello! We have a large double bedroom available in our 5-bedroom flat in the heart of Islington - very close to Essex Road Station and a 10-minute walk from Highbury & Islington and Angel tube stops. Available from February 7th, but with flexibility for moving dates :)

ABOUT YOU!
We're ideally looking for another professional aged 30-35 who fits well in the flat and is tidy and considerate.

THE ROOM
The room (about 16sqm) comes fully furnished with a king bed and mattress (160cm), dresser, and nightstand. The rest of the flat has two full bathrooms, a kitchen with all your typical amenities, and a large living room with a dining area.

AMENITIES
Rent is 1,380 per month plus utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax, plus a cleaning service) which on average come out to about 120/month. You'll need to sign a one-year lease.

YOUR FLATMATES
You'll be living in an international flat with Elizabeth (USA), Hannah (UK), Oliver (Germany), and Caitlin (Australia)
We have a nice, social atmosphere in the house. We enjoy impromptu dinners and wine nights and we often go out together on weekends, but we also each do our own thing.
During the week we all work full-time, a mix of working from home and going into the office.
